The class is structured in 2 phases.
1.) We perform a Tantra Kriya practice - the 5 steps of the Ipsalu Formula.
This connects our sexual energy with heart and consciousness and creates a blissful, centered feeling that we call the Heart Space.
2.) We interact with each other through a choreographed program - recognizing and honoring the divine in ourselves and each other. The interaction is very heartfelt and playful, non-sexual. In this class we experience a glimpse of living in bliss...being in Namaste, living in Namaste.
There's no nudity in the class.
